C Period - Students are in the computer lab for the next four days. On Monday we will be reviewing advanced internet search techniques. On Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, students will be creating a web site about a European Explorer or the Atlantic Slave Trade.
D & E Period - Students began watching the BBC Film, "Heroes & Villians - Hernan Cortes". While watching the film, studnets completed a Cornell note taking strategy.
F Period - Students explored the impact of Christopher Columbus. We compared the textbook version of Columbus to the version portrayed in Howard Zinn's, "A People's History of the United States".
