We started the unit by watching this spoof documentary by the BBC & We Are History about the Industrial Revolution.
We then examined statistics from the industrial revolution from Fordham University & The Modern History Sourcebook. Based on the statistical information, students completed an in class writing assignment: What was the Industrial Revolution?
